Adjustments are divided into six groups:
Global - adjustments which allow for changing system files and
registration information.
Desktop – a set of adjustments that can be made to the desktop.
System – system settings, ways of the loading of a system and devices.

Net Tweaker - tool is used for speed increasing of data transfer by
changing hidden network settings. With equal speed connection on
different computers different speed of data transfer is possible.
The thing is TCP/IP is for transfer of packets of data. The packets

MBS Account Manager is a program from Micro Bill Systems in the UK. The program provides billing and collection services for websites. This software is potentially unwanted as apart from constantly displaying demands for money for it’s services, attempts to install further unwanted components using ActiveX. MBS Account Manager will display a bill as a pop-up, when the bill is ignored, the popups become more frequent.
A HijackThis log will show two running processes and a Startup entry similar to one of these:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mbssm32] C:\WINDOWS\system32\mbssm32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mbssm32] C:\WINDOWS\system32\smvalid.exe

4 months ago, i have wrote about MBS spyware , if old instructions don`t work, try next steps:
1. Download the Brute Force Uninstaller to your desktop.
Right click the BFU folder on your desktop, and choose Extract All. Click “Next” and then in the box to choose where to extract the files to, Click “Browse”. Click on the + sign next to “My Computer”. Click “Next”, and Uncheck the “Show Extracted Files” box and then click “Finish”.
2. Download the MicroBill Removal script. Save it in the same folder you made earlier (c:\BFU). Then, please go to Start > My Computer and navigate to the C:\BFU folder. Start the Brute Force Uninstaller by double-clicking BFU.exe
3. Behind the scriptline to execute field click the folder icon and select mbs.bfu. Press Execute and let the program do it’s job. (You ought to see a progress bar if you did this correctly.) Wait for the complete script execution box to pop up and press OK. Press exit to terminate the BFU program.
4. Restart your computer.

Kazaa 3.0 is a very popular P2P or Peer-to-Peer file sharing program used by people to download music, movies, and other programs. Kazaa owned by Sharman Networks Ltd. has come under fire in the last several years from copyright lawyers, the Recording Industry Association of America, and others for promoting copyright violations. In fact as of September 5, 2005, An Australian court ruled that users of the popular Internet file-sharing network Kazaa were breaching copyright and ordered its owners to modify the software to prevent online music piracy. 
One of the problems, aside from the various legal issues associated with it, is the fact that Kazaa bundles many other programs with it when it installs. These programs including TopSearch, RX Toolbar, Instafinder, Cydoor, Altnet Peer Points Manager, and Need2Find Bar (agreement is shown below) are accepted by the end user to allow to install during the Kazaa installation. Older versions of Kazaa installed Gator, SaveNow, and KeenValue Euniverse as well.Although these programs as stated by Kazaa are not technically spyware, they do slow the computer down in various ways and load upon startup.
How Do I Remove Kazaa and its installed programs?

Simply because of the legal implications, it may be a good idea to uninstall Kazaa. The problem is what is currently installed with Kazaa 3.0 and what can be removed. Follow the instructions below to uninstall the programs and associated files attached to Kazaa.
1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
2) Double-click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find “RX Bar” and click Change/Remove at the bottom of the window to begin its removal.
4) Find “InstaFinderK” and click Change/Remove
5) Find “Need2Find Bar” and click Change/Remove
